Mixed media grows through curiosity, experimentation and the exchange of ideas. One artist tries something unexpected, another sees an entirely different possibility, and the conversation opens a new creative direction. 

Each of us brings a different perspective to the Circle. We have built our own creative businesses, developed our own ways of working and experienced the discoveries, challenges and surprising turns that come with making a life in art. When we come together, the conversation moves easily between the artwork on our tables and the decisions happening behind the scenes.

We created Mixed Media Circle as a place to share those conversations with you. Jane, Royce and Meghan talk about creative process, materials, inspiration, teaching, collaboration and the realities of growing an art business. We’ll also welcome artists, makers and creative entrepreneurs whose experiences can introduce us all to something new.
